When it comes to achieving high benchmarks, we know how important it is to be organized. That’s why we’re focusing on the following essential strategies more than ever before:
• Making Lists: There’s great power in writing things down. For our personal and team goals, we’ve found that seeing them on paper has a special effect on our motivation. Our objectives somehow seem more realistic when we see them in writing. With that in mind, we tend to post them in highly visible places around the Ace’s Global Inc. office.
• Measuring Progress: After listing our goals and creating action plans, we do our best to keep track of our progress right through to the end. Doing so helps us make the best adjustments along the path to victory. It’s also easier to stay motivated as we hit key milestones.
• Getting Feedback: We listen to our supervisors and teammates as we push toward our biggest goals. Along with gaining good advice, we also get some added accountability by talking about our projects and future targets.
